What would i put on my exercise tracker for jogging at a leisurely pace? I ham hoping to start slow and build myself up

There is a generic "running". I use this and then adjust the calories to equal my phone app, which is runkeeper, or my dreadmill if the weather stinks.0

If you type jogging or running into the cardio part of the exercise tab it gives you options. I'd pick 4.0 miles an hour. Which is a pretty light jog.0

use google maps to work out your route so you know how far it is and then time yourself to workout your speed.
For example if its a 3 mile route and you managed to get it done in 30 mins then you're running at 6mph0
