I'm in a wedding next Friday. And I feel so bloated from my waist down to my ankles. I can tell I'm either holding onto water or maybe food I'm eating. I don't eat a lot of dairy mostly protein and haven't been high on my fiber. What are some foods that I can eat from now till the wedding to help in not being bloated? My dress is a tea length dress and I don't want my ankles to look/feel huge cause my legs feel the same. THANKS!

And I know water will help a lot. I'm getting started on that right now actually! LOL

Watch your sodium! That will help you hold on to water.

Drink lots of water and add lemon to it.

Yeah I have my sodium set to 2500. But I tend to go over sometimes. And I know this weekend I went way over in my sodium.

Drink lots of water to flush and try to stay away from high sodium foods. If it gets to be too much, a pair of Spanx and a pair of pantyhose can work magic.

Take a water pill the day before AND drink lots of water.
