    WOW! What an amazing difference 100 lbs. makes on you! I know you feel much better and have more energy than before, because I have not nearly lost that much yet and I can feel it even with the amount I have shed. WTG! Don't ever quit, you will be there soon enough. This is for life and soooooooooooo much better than our old lifestyles. Happy for you.

    I had 100lbs to lose when I started, now 33lbs down and 77lbs to go! So amazing to see that it can be done, and the fact that you've done it in a year is mindblowing! Congratulations!
