I have started an herb garden and would welcome some ideas and recipes on how to use the above listed herbs.....thanks in advance!

    I have a mint plant that I use for 1) homemade mojitos :drinker: and 2) fresh-brewed iced tea with mint. So refreshing!

    lemon and thyme are good on chicken

    I'm not a fan of peppermint or spearmint - so no clue. i think you can make tea with them

    Personally, I LOVE to put mint with my watermelon in the summer. MMMMMMMM MMMMMMMMMM MMMMMMMMM Good!
