so im new to stength training, and im trying to figure out how to fill it out. say i did 10 bicep curls with a 5 lb weight on both sides. HOW do i fill that out? does it count as 1 set of 10, 2 sets of 10, or 1 set of 20? this is probably a really stupid question but its driving me cazy. lol

personally i would say 1 set of 10, but would love to hear what others say.0

If I filled out each exercise one by one, I'd go crazy. So, I just go into CARDIO and enter STRENGTH TRAINING.0

i didnt think strength training would be under cardio. hmmmm.0

Its under cardio for counting calories burned. However if you are trying to improve your reps/weight etc then track it also in the strength training part.
1 set of 10 reps is what you did. One would assume that you wouldn't just work out one half of your body.0 -
^^ She's right! I read your question too quickly. I'm sorry
I track my cardio cals burned on MFP and my reps in a book that I keep with my while lifting.0
