  • I started at 250 and my goal is about 175 then I will see how I like it. I am not interested in being REALLY skinny, I still want meat on my bones just less of it and it not to look so jiggly!!:happy:

    i started at 252 and im 250 at this time, only started on 3rd may, im wanting to go down to 160 ish :) and im 5ft 7 inch tall, but i agree i dont want to be skinny, i want to be slim

    5.6 1/2 here, and I'm shooting for 148. Actually, 150 will be good, but I want to have a 2 lbs safety net. This way, if I slip up maintaining my weight, I'll know that I cannot cross 150. As of right now, I have 29.6 lbs to go to reach 148, having lost 3.4 lbs in the past 2 weeks. :smile:

    Although, I was 138 a year ago and would really prefer to get back to that. I'd be ok with a higher weight if I could drop back down a pants size.

    Im about 135, but I dont watch the scale anymore at this point. Im working on toning- and as long as Im toned I could weigh 250 and I would be ok with it. :smile:

    Aiming for 140. I'll re-evaluate when I get there but I can't see me going much lower. Definitely below 145 for sure!

    Your weight should be 9stone 12 lbs(127 pounds) for being 5ft 7 inch, but i was told this about 4 years ago by my doctors, it may of changed.

    Wow, really? I can't imagine being that small. Although, when I started my original aim was to get to 187 lbs (85kgs, the weight I was when I last felt really healthy), and I'm only 5lbs away from that. Mind you, I don't feel like I've lost 25lbs, although on good days I can tell that I have.

    I am 5'6" and 125 and this suits me just fine. Working on toning and being fit, not losing any weight :)

    I have been maintaining my goal weight of 145 pounds. I am medium framed, pear shaped, and am wearing a size 6 or 8. My profile pic is me at my goal weight.

    Starting weight was 220 as of April 26th. My weight now is 205, would LOVE to be 135 again but I'll be happy with 150 (for now) :-)

    135 is my goal weight. I'm at 152 right now, my lowest weight was 142 and I felt I had a few more pounds to go.

    Goal around 168. I was 142 at my lightest ever and I hate those photos of me I look scrawny and ill. So gonna keep some curves, I like it and my fiancé likes it too. 168 would put me in a healthy BMI range so I would be very happy with that x

    Started out close to 240 and am hoping to get down between 160 and 170. My weight has fluctuated between 200 and 250 for the past 20 years so 160-170 would be a dream!
