Ideas?

Hello everyone, again. :P So I've been upping my calories from barely 1200 to my TDEE+deficit like I should've done in the first place... but I digress. I've been doing pretty good I think. However, today (and one day last week) I have a pretty crazy workout planned... well crazy for me xD. It'll burn about 15-1600 cals depending on how hard I work it. So here's my question, even though I've planned my diary out to eat about 1700 cals, with my workout I'm only netting 1-200cals. I know I should try to eat a little more today, but I'm not sure how much more? My real problem though is I don't know WHAT to eat. xD I need some healthy but high calorie ideas. Preferably ones that wont make me go much over my sodium and sugar. Pretty please! All comments are welcome and I love feedback on my diary, so don't worry about hurt feelings. ;D Thanks lovelies! :flowerforyou:

PS, I don't have protein powder so that's not an option and I can't go to the store so I kinda have to work with things I have at home. (rice, breads, oatmeal, eggs, cheese,cottage cheese, fruits, yogurts etc etc.)

    When I had to be on a 'healthy' super high calorie diet some of the common things were
    -high protein supplement drinks
    -unsalted nuts
    -dried fruit
    -yoghurt and muesli...

    Oh yeah, love me some unsalted nuts, all natural peanut butter, avacados, high cal cheese (on apples =) - yum!!!
