Rushfit - Anyone else out there?

So who else uses Rushfit as their ST system?

The burn is intense and it's a hard program so when I have a choice of running or this, I usually run.

That being said I am trying very hard to get on a regular routine. Who else uses it and what are your results like?

    I tried Rushfit, but I didn't like it. I also found how the program is structured a bit... odd. Plus, StPierre is annoying.
