    Hi Sue, I am new also. I've been back working out for a week and down 3lbs...I wish you the best of luck. This site has helped me tremendously to count calories. I never had the patience to look all that stuff up and this makes it simple.

    Hi Sue, I am new here too. Just lost 2.1kgs in my first week so I am very encouraged. It is easier than I thought it would be trying to navigate my way around the food diary. It would seem that I had not been eating enough - so my body thought it was in starvation mode and clung on for dear life to anything that came its way! Also my thyroid had not been working for some time so I'd put on weight just looking at a lettuce leaf! Now that I am on medication for that I am ready to lose that weight!
