Has anyone went through having hard time getting started.. I know it is not rational to want to see results right away but I feel that once I start to see or feel results, it will motivate me to keep going... please give me your advice..

This might not necessarily help, but it's a good reminder that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. (One of the things I learned as a psych major in college!) Be kind to yourself as you work on making improvements day by day, and don't beat yourself up when things slip a bit. Look to others who understand, and can support you through the tough times of day. I promise, things get easier as you go along!0

I've been there! Well I have been on MFP for 3 months, I initially lost 5 pounds, then stopped losing, then started gaining! My good friend looked at what I was eating and recommended I make some changes, in the three days I've cut carbs I've lost almost 3 pounds! The thing is, I was really discouraged when I was eating within my calorie limit and working out and not seeing results. But I stuck with it. You have to fight for what you want. Even if I didn't lose weight, I was getting healthier. But the weight loss totally helps! Good luck, I know you can do it!!0
