Next step- friendly motivation

I've been a member for a few weeks now and have recently started turning to the community boards for help and motivation. I'm taking my 50 pound weight loss journey in 8 week steps so I stop focusing on how long my road is, which has led to failure in the past. I'm looking for the support of others who are here for a similar reason- making a lifestyle change versus going on yet another diet. Would really love to hear from those who have a long journey ahead- especially the ones will still be around for support when the weight is gone and we're in maintenance mode :smile: Feel free to add me as a friend!

    Hi! It definately wont happen over night for me, so yes I'll be here for the long haul lol.

    It's definately not a diet and is very much a lifestyle change.
