Hello All,
I have been part of MFP since November ’11 and have lost 30lbs-ish. I eat my allotted calories plus eat back the majority of my exercise calories. Throughout my journey I have on average lost just under 1.5lbs/week. However, for the past three weeks I have been stuck floating within the same 3lbs range, up and down each week and I can’t seem to get the scale to drop anymore.
I will gladly take any and all suggestions, please give some advice as to what to do from here..
Thanks!

Do you weigh and measure your food. When my weight loss slows I pull out the measuring cups ands spoons.0

Change your exercise regimen.

without your diary open it's tough to give advice. I went through a major stall then took the advice of some of my friends and raised my calories to my BMR...Now I'm back to losing each week. It was scary to do...but well worth it.0

I do on occasion but I mostly just eye it and estimate. Do you think I should be strick on measuring everything?0

I have been doing cardio 5 times a week and a boot camp class once/week but starting last week I have joined a softball team, aded weight machines 3 days a week and still do cardio 5X/week and bootcamp once/week. Is this a big enough change or should I consider something else?0

If you're going to ask for advice it'd be good to actually list relevant information such as; ht, wt, avg caloric intake, macro breakdown, exercise routine etc etc0

Sounds like a diet break would do you some good. Also try implementing some heavy weight training several times a week with free weights, not just machines.0

I'm 5'5", 146-149lbs and I eat aprox. 1500cals/day but do cardio to burn 250-400/day.
My exercise is as follows;
Monday - Softball for 1.5hrs.
Tuesday - 30min. cardio (Elliptical or Treadmill) & upper body weight machines.
Wednesday -30min. cadrio & core training.
Thursday - 15min. cardio (Elliptical or Treadmill) & boot camp class.
Friday - 30min. cardio (Elliptical or Treadmill) & lower body weight machines.0 -
My BMR is 1435 and I usually eat 1500cals/day but exercise burning 250-400.0

I do machines 3X/wk. and a boot camp with a mix of free weights and machines, is this enough?0

I have just updated my settings, diary is open to public,0

reduce your sodium intake, up your protein, reduce your carbs. make sure you're eating enough, especially with all of the added exercise you're doing recently.0
-
I do eat plenty over my 1200cal allowance but exercise to take it back to approx. that amount.0
