I got this bag of frozen fruit with some smoothie mix in it but for the life of me I can't remember the brand name. It wasn't bad and it was easy but now you got me looking up smoothie machines and recipe books.... good ol Amazon.
Tell me this thing isn't cool:

My favorite is the chocolate banana PB protein smoothie:
1/2 cup skim milk or soy milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use GNC Amp Wheybolic 60 Chocolate)
1/2 banana
1 tsp natural peanut butter
couple of ice cubes
The whole thing is around 170 cals when put into mfp food diary0 -
mm that sounds good thanks! I'll need to go buy some protein powder0

I make this one for breakfast sometimes before work.
1 cup plain vanilla lowfat yogurt.
1 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 scoop of protein powder (26 grams)
a dash of cinnamon
Blend well to chop up the oats good. Tastes great and is a complete meal.

50 grams of protein
You can reduce the calories by omitting the protein powder if you want something lighter.0 -
thank you Sounds yummy0
