How big is a glass of water?!

I'm a newbie so apologies if this is a silly question!
When I go on my food and click how many glasses of water I'm having - how big is the glass? Are we talking 1 pint, 1/2 pint, just a small glass?
Also, do tea and coffee count as 'glasses of water' I'm assuming they don't but just wanted to double check.
Many thanks

American site so 8 of their fl ozs or 236 ml (less than half a pint).
NHS suggests 1.3 litre of fluids per day of all sorts including water. That's under 3 pints.0 -
Many thanks for the quick reply - I use a pint glass when I'm at work so will aim to drink a couple of those during the day then another glass or two when I'm home0
