starting over again

Hi, I am a 65 year old woman with a spinal fusion and another bad disc that may require surgery. The pain limits my movements where somedays walking even hurts. I recently lost 20 pounds with the help of a physician. This was in hopes that the weight loss would help the disc situation-it did not. Anyway, now that I am no longer under the care of the weight loss doctor I am starting to gain the weight back. And, worse of all, it, of course, is not coming back as muscle. Any suggestions?

No sure what the Doctor did for you, but is there any way you can use the same tools and do this again. I mean do you have an eating plan that worked or exercises that worked? Good Luck, just pull up your boot straps and start all over... usually this path requires some restarts.:flowerforyou:0

This doc gave me medication to increase my metabolism. I know that is not the right way to go, it was just a quick fix. I know I have to work on my eating and this site should help with that.0
