397->284 in 2 Pictures...

Confession time - haven't actually got a shot of 397lb, this was taken almost a year before I started on MFP, and is probably nearer 380...

horrible - scarey, and the reason why I shied away from any further photographs until early this year. Where I took this shot - in same location, just to prove it's not a "stunt double" :laugh:

(oh - bye the way - I'm another 17lb down from there, but there's not enough visible difference to make setting up another shot yet!)

Currently languishing at 267lb, and working towards my target of 210lb - which I'd like to hit before I turn 50...

    Thanks everyone - amazing what keeping control of your portion size (everything that goes in my face, goes on the scales first!) and riding 4,000 miles on a bike can do!

    You know there's major progress when the before picture looks like it's been enlarged, but you didn't get the aspect ratio the same (it's looks too wide). GREAT job, keep it up!
