My sister in-law urged me to join and I am so glad I did. I only recently started I feel so much better and so much more aware of myself. I am just feeling really positive and hope I could keep this up.

Yes you can! Look around for some amazing success stories.
Most important – this is NOT a "diet website" it is a "change your life website" you are developing eating and exercise habits that will keep you healthier for the rest of your life. So don't adopt a crash starvation diet or mentality. Find good foods that give you satisfaction, and a sustainable eating pattern. Most people will tell you that loss of about a pound a week is the maximum to aim for – best not to start higher than that.0 -
Keep logging and posting, and write it all down and follow the MPF goals and you should see results.0

Great support group here, the friends sure help as well.0 -
Thank you everyone for the support! After trying to many fad diets in my (short) lifetime I'm ready to accept change rather than make quick fix. I think for me patience is also key so making it a lifestyle change, rather than an "I MUST DO THIS QUICKLY SO I COULD FEEL GOOD." diet will help me get down to my goal and maintain it.0
