Hi All - I joined MFP about 6 months ago, but have only been lurking on it religiously for about 2 months!
I dont have a start picture - when I say I ran from the camera, I mean I used to RUN (literally dodge, tripping over people if necessary...) from the camera.

This post is in regards to my progress & a HUGE KUDOS to you ALL - Im inspired every day in many different ways by everyones stories - even those who are and have always been fit - the consistent pursuit of health, fitness & happiness is incredible!

Im 5'3 - start weight 8 weeks ago was 204. In this photo taken today, I am 176 lbs...down 28 lbs in 2 months from regular consistent exercise & clean eating. No tricks or skipping meals.

My goal weight is 125 lbs. THANKS TO YOU ALL FOR YOUR ENCOURAGEMENT & HONESTY :)

Wow, you look amazing. When I was that weight (and same height), I was dastardly. Great job!

I dont see how it cant be healthy as I have been doing it very carefully & structured. 200 for my height is heavy...the first 10 came off quickly as I changed my habits quite suddenly. ANYONE can do it - esp around my weight :)

Awesome! You look great, and you have beautiful hair. (Not that hair has anything to do with it lol)

I am a big time camera dodger too. Thats the worst. My next weight loss goal is in two weeks, my oldest sons graduation. I really just want to get in front of the camera without making any kind of big deal about it.
