What is a good way to get rid of the granny arm jiggle? I just can't seem to get rid of it.

no such thing as spot training. so continue to lose weight and hit the weights.0 -
It was either get better or worse with weight loss. You can build your tricep muscles - pushups (wall or floor), Tricep kickbacks, overhead press also tricep dips (but I had a hard time doing these at 250+ pounds). If you are starting I recommend getting Denise Austin dvd unless you go to the gym and can ask a trainer.0

do pullovers with a dumbell (triceps) and curl ups for your biceps0

One good way is to take a small weight and hold it in your hand. Hold your arm straight up with it in your hand. Use your other hand to stabilize your elbow of the arm you are holding the small weight in then bend your arm back and keep repeating it. Bending it back and forward slowly. Start with say 20 reps. Then as you progress use a heavier weight and do more reps. Make sense? You will feel it usign your muscle when you are holding your arm to stabilize it...0
