Please, please, please give me some reasons to work out tonight, I'm lacking in motivation and the reasoning I can think of just isn't quite enough.

My reason: so I can tire myself out to sleep well tonight!

    However, if you DON'T....you probably will regret NOT doing it. Save yourself the hassle and tell yourself....just 10 minutes. I'll bet by the time you're 10 minutes in you'll go all the way. Sometimes starting is tough. :drinker:

    Because you'll feel so much better afterward. Besides the endorphins, you will also have that sense of accomplishment, because, despite what you 'wanted,' you pushed through and did it anyway.

    It will all be worth it in the end.

    ...Myself - I've done so much, I can do this too!
    ...My Son - He deserves someone that can run for an hour or whatever playing games.
    ...I want to say "I made it better, by myself, for myself"
    ...I really, really, really dislike how big my *insert-bodypart-here* is!!

    I've had a few days where I just wasn't motivated. It happens but I tried to get out and make up for it ASAP. The problem with an un-motivated day is one leads to another and soon your workout equipment is a clothing rack.

    To paraphrase the DirectTV ad..... "Don't end up in a roadside ditch. Get out there and exercise."
