I need a kick up the... help!!

Please, please, please give me some reasons to work out tonight, I'm lacking in motivation and the reasoning I can think of just isn't quite enough.

My reason: so I can tire myself out to sleep well tonight!

Please give me your reasons so I get off my butt and get sweaty! :laugh:

    How much do you hate the fat on your body? Do you hate it more than you love sitting on your *kitten*? If the answer is "a lot" and "yes" then get off your booty and start bustin' it.

    Because you will NOT regret working out.

    However, if you DON'T....you probably will regret NOT doing it. Save yourself the hassle and tell yourself....just 10 minutes. I'll bet by the time you're 10 minutes in you'll go all the way. Sometimes starting is tough. :drinker:

    Because summer is almost here. Less clothes, swimsuits, bikinis...

    Because you want to be healthier.

    Because you'll feel so much better afterward. Besides the endorphins, you will also have that sense of accomplishment, because, despite what you 'wanted,' you pushed through and did it anyway.

    It will all be worth it in the end.

    Because you are so close to getting a stone - what an achivement - on top of that, your little boy wants a hot fit mummy, not someone who doesn't have the energy to play with him (Did I hit you hard enough??? :happy: )

    ...Myself - I've done so much, I can do this too!
    ...My Son - He deserves someone that can run for an hour or whatever playing games.
    ...I want to say "I made it better, by myself, for myself"
    ...I really, really, really dislike how big my *insert-bodypart-here* is!!

    I've had a few days where I just wasn't motivated. It happens but I tried to get out and make up for it ASAP. The problem with an un-motivated day is one leads to another and soon your workout equipment is a clothing rack.

    To paraphrase the DirectTV ad..... "Don't end up in a roadside ditch. Get out there and exercise."

    Look into a mirror. Visualize the skinnier healthier you. Then close your eyes and see yourself on a beach at the end of the summer, the waves crashing, the gulls sqwalking, and you playing with your son. Building sand castles and running on the beach. See how good you feel, see how happy you are..


    Now get to work; and achieve it.

    There are some awesomely amazingly helpful people here on MFP, including all of you!

    kayl3igh88 burned 364 calories doing 71 minutes of "Biggest Losering", so says my wall, and my workout clothes that are currently holding those calories in a weirdly gross, 'go-take-a-bath-this-instant' kinda way.... :indifferent:
