What do you do on days you sleep in?

Ok, so I usually have a week day off from work, and am so tired I sleep in until around noon. So I'm trying to decide whether I should "skip" breakfast and go straight to lunch, and just eat two meals a day with snacks, or if I should just continue my day like normal and eat dinner a little bit later? I will end up going to bed around the same time anyway because I have to get up early for work the next day, and I don't want to eat dinner and then immediately go to bed...

So I'm just wondering what other people do about their meal times on days like this.

    I always eat breakfast. Sometimes it's at 6AM, sometimes it's at 12PM, sometimes it's 3PM. Technically, if you skipped breakfast your lunch would still be breakfast. Eat whenever you want however many times you want. Doesn't matter as long as you meet your calorie/macros goals for the day or the week or the year or your life.
