Bedtime and Snacktime:(

Okay I reeeeealy need some advice on this! Everynight before I go to bed, I get the sudden urge to have something to eat. I can not seem to shake this feeling. I usually eat dinner around 7:30/8:00 and try to be in bed around 10/10:30 so there not a big window in between dinner and bedtime. So i'm summing it up to a comfort thing i guess. Does ANYBODY have this problem and if so any suggestions on how to kick this habit?

    Take your pick:

    More food or more protein for dinner.

    Save calories for a small snack at bedtime - like cottage cheese or plain yogurt with fresh fruit.

    Understand that you don't need it, it's just a habit you need to break.
  • I was eating chips and what not before. but i have started with eating dryed fruit. I'm going to start uping my meat and veggies for dinner see how that works! thanx for the info, i'll let you know how it works!
