Bad day yesterday

So yesterday I was at college for 12 hours. At 10 am I did a cardio aerobic class (it wasnt easy)
and then i went back to the gym at around 4 and burned another 300 calories.
i ate healthy all day and even a healthy dinner. Then all of a sudden i ate 4 zebra cakes! !4! 4! 4!.
with Vitamin D milk!
I have gone off track for the last 3 days after being almost perfect for over a week!
I have to get back on track! Iv been working out like a fien and I am seeing changes.

    Well, today is a new day. Put those zebra cakes behind you and move on. And if zebra cakes are a trigger food for you stop buying them! For me it's potato chips!

    thnaks! I never buy the junk food. Its my husband that does it...maybe i should tell them to hide them
  • :blushing: :blushing: yeah, I had kind of a bad last couple days...

    we went out for a birthday and my resolve wavered... okay, I caved. I had a big plate of mexican food that was loaded with cheese and fried stuff -- all the stuff I'm SUPPOSED to be avoiding right now!!

    Well, today's a new day!

    I keep my boyfriend's snacks in one cupboard, and mine in another. That way when I want a snack, I go to my own cupboard and see all of my healthy options without being tempted by his chips and cookies... or zebra cakes in your case!
