I suppose it depends on an individual and how their body stores fat, but to see just MINIMAL definition on your abs (not a full six pack) how low does your BF% need to be?

Heck, I never had a flat belly. As far as I can remember. When I was a kid there was the Presiden'ts Fitness Challenge (President Kennedy) and the commercial stated we should all have Flat Abdomens....I never got over that I was different...
I am sure Liposuction could help me but for women, I think it is different, I suppose...0 -
As a general rule for any definition definately lower than 20 %0

If those are really yours, I am sooooo Envious. I truly doubt I could ever have those.....0 -
Depends on genes, age and sex. At 65 I've lost some skin elasticity and I don't see the definition I did when I was at my current weight 30 years ago. I may be in better shape now than then. Keep in mind that it is also more difficult for women to get good ab definition.0

I'm 22%. Would love to get down to 19%.0

For females, under 20%.
For males, around 15%

I agree with this..
I like to aslo add ...everyone stores fat differently...some people store fat in their back more than others...hips more than others...arms more than others ...for me...I come from a line of pot belly's
For my abs to show I had to get to roughly 12% and It was til 6% tilll I could see all eight abs clearly0
