Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
No, over by 220

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
yes, went with my husband to Army PT

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
not pass out during PT

What would I have done differently?
not gone for 8 hours without eating, I was so hungry that when I did eat I couldnt stop

What is today's personal goals?
kick butt in my walk/run tonight!

    Biked to the gym, exercised an hour, then biked home.

    What would I have done differently?
    Gotten more sleep.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within calories, and squeeze in some exercise with kids.

    Yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to the gym

    What would I have done differently? Not eat the 5 Hershey miniatures (maybe just 2)...

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories.

    Yes, I actually went a little under since I went overboard the day before

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    No, I didn't get up and work our before work, but I did do it in the afternoon

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    moved up to 10 lb weights for P90X

    What would I have done differently?
    not drank 3 diet sodas

    What is today's personal goals?
    cut down on diet soda (eventually eliminate)

    Yes but, only 80 calories left this time.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    I worked my butt off at the gym yesterday. Burned over 200 calories on the treadmill and did a lot of strength training.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Burned over 200 calories and didn't go over my calorie intake!

    What would I have done differently?
    I would have not gone to Chipotle for dinner. I skipped the rice and tortilla but, I really wish I made a salad instead.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Eating better for dinner!

    didn't eat dinner, already over on calories

    What would I have done differently?
    less butter and cheese ... story of my life/ tried a little exercise - more than change changing sheets on the beds

    make better food choices, try to get a short walk in

    Not eaten so much and pushed myself through more exercise.

    Get back on track. I've been horrible for over a week now.
