    LOVE THIS THREAD! You all look mega.

    I'm 5'3" and currently 143, looking to get down to 120ish. High weight was between 170-180 and low weight was 134 last year when I went on holiday. I didn't work out at all back then though so I look better at 143 than 134 really.

    I dont know how to post pics on this thing but everybody looks amazing. I'm really proud of everybody's progress. For me my weight has been stuck at 184 but I'm also doing weight lifting as well...so, I'll to just track my body fat.
