Exercise for me please

I have a biiiiigggg problem, I need to loose weight in my arms and my back (back rolls ugh) but I dont know what kind of exercise can I do, because Im only loosing in my legs :/ can someone help me???

    Try lifting free weights??? Cardio probably does more for your lower body than your upper body.

    Try doing Body Pump classes. Seriously I had chunky arms and alot of back fat.......Pump helped get rid of my back fat and toned my arms nicely. They literally have separate tracks to target those areas. Stick to light weights to start though.

    People always want to 'spot' lose, but it's really just about burning fat in general. You can't decide where it comes from. A long slow cardio burn is best for losing fat. Simply put, at about 20 minutes into exercising your body switches into fat burning mode. The longer you go, the more fat you burn.

    I live in a country where is difficult to go to the gym, so is there any exercise i could do at home?? I have 3 pounds weights

    Everyones body is unique and stores fat in different places. You can't just pick a spot and work on it.
    Losing overall bodyfat will get you to your goal.

    There are plenty of videos on YouTube for routines you can do at home with only bodyweight. Cardio circuits, ect.
