This is my progress over about 7 months, a bit less. The first goal I am working on is getting to 200 pounds, which is 50 pounds away. In the end I hope to lose at least 100 more from this point.

    great job. Change the IMG to img and the pics will display your first pic is two big to see the second congratulations :drinker:

    I just right-click and select "view image" when this happens. It shows the whole pic without the person having to resize it :)

    Looks like you are doing a great job! I just joined this about a week ago...It's an adjustment, but I am doing well with it so far. So you have been following it for 7 months? That's awesome. I am only looking to lose 5 or 6 lbs...also maybe getting pregnant by the end of this year, so I need to know that this works...so I can lose the baby weight eventually. Let me know how this is going for you...thanks and happy memorial day.
