Hello, I am new to this site and thought I would introduce myself a little bit. I am not very good at introductions so please bear with me. I am 31 years old and a working mother of 3. I joined this site and the prompting of a gym trainer during a consultation -- the thought was that while I seem proficient at working out, I need to work on my nutrition so that I can figure out the right combination of food and exercise
--- this proves to be problematic with three small children and work. Ideally i would like to lose about 40 pounds, maybe a little more -- I am 5'5 so my extra weight tends to show more than if i had a couple more inches to me
. I love to take fun classes at the gym - such as zumba, bellydancing, flaunt, and pilates. I probably need to had some resistance and strength training though. In general, I like sewing, painting, music, gardening.. lots of other stuff too.
I am hoping to find some friends and support on here.. as well as get some questions answered about post pregnancy nutrition and workouts. Well... time to get started!!

GM and welcome. I have been here for about 8 weeks and it really works. You just have to commit yourself and tell yourself that you can do it! I am a working mom and wife so my schedule can get crazy but every single day I have to push myself b/c it's not easy but.....
