I comply with the calories I need to eat but I always eat more protein than MFP suggests. Is this okay? Thank you!

MFP's protein numbers are quite low- you can change this in your settings; I have mine set to 40/30/30 which on a high-exercise day gives me almost 200g

I was going over on protein almost every day too... Reset my goal to 30% and haven't been able to reach it once yet! But I think that eatin more protein has helped me stay fuller and helped my energy levels too!

I wondered this myself. I went ahead and increased it a little because I figured well protien is better than fats plus I have been exercising a lot more lately! Thanks for the post and the advice!!
