How Many Calories Are In This?????

Okay, Ive been eating this since i was a kid and i was wondering how many calories are probably in a bowl of this. Maybe a rough estimate im no good at this. [my dad is lebanese/mom canadian and he loves this so my mom makes it a lot. Ive got 800 and something calories left and i want to know if i can have some for dinner.
Its got
About An Onion chopped finely.
Hunts Tomatoe Paste.
Water [ha]
And white kidney beans
Either white rice or whole grain
And like 2 big chunks of steak in it chopped into bite sized pieces.
And its all simmered in a pot. Its got margarine and a bit of salt and pepper in it
Any one know roughly how many calories in a bowl? And is it really bad for you to eat? Im no good with food! [this makes a big pot of like stew or soup or what ever you want to call it :ohwell: THAKS!
