Is it ok to switch between work outs? I've been doing this for 16 days now and can't seem to stick to just one type exercise. I guess I get bored easily... :ohwell:

What Les Mills class(es) are you doing and what does a typical week look like for you? As long as you aren't don't something like BodyPump 2 days in a row and you are taking a rest day / low impact day once a week you should be fine. Just listen to your body.

I agree with jmoneycgt. It's great to change the workouts up to keep interest as well as to change which muscles you use. I am doing Zumba, BodyPump, Tae Bo and biking. I love being able to do a variety of exercises, keeps the mind going too!

I did Tae Bo for the about a week and a half and now have been doing 45 min a day of Les Mills body jam for the past 4 days but I miss Tae bo and wanted to know if the swapping around is a good idea...

Absolutely fine to switch. Whatever keeps you interested in keeping your body moving. Actually, switching it up may prevent you from plateauing from your body getting used to the exercises. My only concern was that you might be over-working which you don't appear to be doing. :)

I switch my routines all the time. I also switch up the days I usually do them. It really helps to keep me motivated and I never have that feeling of "Ugh again? We just did that" which I used to have when I was only doing two different types of classes.

Absolutely. Switch it up to stay interested and keep your body always guessing.

I switch things up...Jeanette Jenkins circuit training, Chris Freytags' extreme dvd's and Tae Bo.

    I think it's a good thing.
