What part does stress play in weight loss. I have had extreme amounts of stress in my life due to a very sick child in the past two months. I am able to keep up with my calorie goal and exercise at times but the scales arent moving much unless its up. I havent been eating well( pizza etc) but still maintain my calorie goal. Just wondering even if I am doing it right, if my constant stress will block all of my efforts

Here is some information on stress and weight gain. There seems to be a real correlation between the two. Personally, I have been under a lot of stress - it is showing on my belly and on the scale. Hope this helps.0 -
I tend to stress eat so I typically gain weight when I have a lot going on. Other people stop eating when they're stressed. It's different for everyone. Good luck!0
