HELLPPPPPPP!!

crap..i just noticed that i almost always end up going over my alloted dietary fats. eff. help! any suggestions? my diary was private, but i would like some feed back so i made it public.

    To me your fats don't look terrible. If you are remaining in a calorie deficit, going over on fat isn't necessarily a bad thing, as long as it isn't all saturated fat, but that's more of a health thing. I will mention this after looking at your diary, I noticed a couple of entries that looked suspect to me. For instance Homemade- grilled chicken breast was showing 16 g of fat. That to me seems high for chicken breast. I would think it would be more in the 4-6 gram neighborhood. This is of course assuming that it wasn't grilled with some type of marinade or other add-on that has hefted the fat level. It is possible some of your entries are not showing correct macro nutrient values. A fair number of entries in the food database are not right. Look for ones that have 1 or more confirmations. Just a thought. hope this helps
