    I'M 51 YEAR OLD AND I CAN'T GET BELOW 200 LBS FOR A YEAR NOW, ANYBODY HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE

    What is your routine? That is to day, what efforts have you been making as far as losing that weight? If I knew that, I'd be able to help out.

    up same time everyday, walk everyday,pay attention to food intake ,diet supps dont work, im a diabetic

    Honestly, I'd say that since you're a diabetic, are you following low carb? Many people who are diabetic follow a low carb diet, and usually works wonders for weight management.

    Edit: How much sleep are you getting a night? And how far do you walk, or for how much time?
