Are there any Internet annoyances that you have?

I have a few:

-Excessive shouty capitals
-Internet lingo. Mostly aimed towards the young kids who purposefully misspell their words when on the Internet. Can. Not. Stand. It.
-People who use a winky face to mask behind a mean or whitchy post.
-People who correct other's grammar. MAJOR pet peeve of mine.

    Sorry, I couldn't help myself! I'd say my biggest one is when people don't read their posts before they hit "post reply", and I have to read it several times before it makes sense because maybe they made some changes and forgot to delete some words, or it's horribly misspelled. Ugh. I understand everyone can't be a perfect speller like me, so I just don't say anything. LOL! (sorry again, couldn't help myself!)

    Guys who try to hit on the girls on MFP in creepy ways. For example...if one of my female MFP friends posts something like "I just got a real workout!" there will inevitably be some guy who will comment with something like "I'll give you a real workout..."

    Does this ever work? Has there ever been a time when that 23 year old girl reads that and goes "Oh man...I know you're 45, married, and balding but after that comment you can do whatever you want with me big man!"

    Oh that made me laugh :laugh: but I pretty much agree with the exception of Chuck Norris jokes :embarassed:

    I was KIDDING! Because you said people who correct other's grammar, and the winky face after a witchy comment, and then someone else said the use of LOL. Sheesh. I don't correct anyone's spelling on here, and I think I've used LOL twice. In this post. Now that I had to explain myself, kinda took all the fun out of it. :ohwell:
