A few years ago I was 340lbs...i dropped to 270lb by using the gym and then I used MFP to track everything and went from 270 to 245lb and then I abandoned it for about a year. Now I am back to us MFP to reach my goal of 180. So the long and short of my story is 25lbs so far.0
