    I can relate! 1 week in and I lost 2 lbs and actually SUPER AND my sugar levels have gone down to 130's. They'd never gone down to anything less than 345! So Im super psyched but I realize I'm needing recipes because I'm eating the same thing over and over. Help !!:happy:

    Thank you guys !! I've got the help of a personal trainer and so losing weight seems all the more possible (especially when you've got a trainer who's a mother of two yet looks like she belongs on a runway!) ! Good luck with your weight loss goals !! :smile: :flowerforyou:
