Thoughts please - does it work? can you see a difference? ive been using it but not sure if i see a difference.

    There is no "Fat Loss" supplement on the market that doesn't have side-effects.

    Eat well, eat in moderation. Your diet is the key.

    if it sounds too good to be true it probably is...there is nothing that compares to good old fashioned workouts

    yes i agree with you there, i just wanted thoughts from people who had used it, as reviews have been very good on the BOOTS website etc.
