Hi!! My name is Ally. I can't seem to find any foods with calories that I need without adding protien, carbs or added fat. I am an over the road truck driver so I can't really cook anything. I have a cooler that I store veggies in but there is only so much room. So I am on a hunt to find out if anyone knows of something that fits what I am looking for. :) Thanks for any help!!

    I don't understand the question
But alcohol would work (it's not helping that you are a truck driver)

Food is made of protein, carbs, and/or fat. You can't really...have an edible item that doesn't contain at least one of those three things. Are you looking for food that isn't empty calories? That doesn't have unnecessary carbs/fat in them?

Walden Farms products are calorie free, but I don't understand where you're expecting to get calories from if not from carbs, protein, and fat. *confused*

    Why ?

And what everyone else said -- there aren't really any. But if you explain why, people can help you maybe.

The only nutrients that provide energy (Calories) are Carbs, Protein, Fat, and Alcohol (although alcohol is not a nutrient). I'm assuming that you are under on calories and over on your carbs, protein, or fat in your logs and that is why you want to have calories without any nutrients. If that is the case, you need to verify the accuracy of the entries you are using because they are wrong. You can't have calories without carbs, protein, fat, or alcohol. Not physically (or chemically) possible.
