What do you include?

I was looking through the list of "exercises" you can put in and I noticed one for "cleaning" with different
ranges. Do you put that stuff in? Cause when I clean my house, I clean it literally from top to bottom at least
once a week.

Personally I do not include it in my work outs. I feel like that is just part of life rather than an actual exercise- JMHO0

Not for me :laugh: I hardly clean (hubby does all of dat) so when I clean, I'll record it :laugh:0 -
I'll log an intense clean, if I ever do one. It's rare I do any housework at all!
Otherwise, just dedicated exercise and walks over 15 minutes in length.0 -
I only count it if I'm doing a major cleaning (scrubbing floors, washing windows, etc)... then I just count half the time (so if I clean for 2 hours, I will record 1 hour). But normal, everyday cleaning I don't bother with.0
