I am over the excusses that have led me to this place and I am looking for wisdom, motivation, accountability partners who can let me hear what I need to hear, instead of what I want to hear......Anybody?!?!?!?!? Trying to head off any diabetes,hypertension, and all of the other ugly things that come with this Weight Monster.
