    My great grandmother died of Alzheimer's and most of the time could not be understood but a couple weeks before she passed she had 1 day where you could completely understand her and she said "Youre a beautiful girl Christy" and gave me a kiss. My name is Cynthia, my mom is Christy. In all fairness I do look exactly like my mom and always have. RIP Grandma, I sure do miss you :(
