New mommy! Living in Canada!

Hi there! My name is Jessica, I'm 30 years old and am living in Toronto, Canada. I've started, yet again, my venture to lose this weight. I gained nothing while pregnant and have put on a "few" pounds since the baby was born. He's 11 months now, things are getting into a regular routine and I have the luxury (because of my amazing husband) of not having to go back to work! So I can do this!! I have probably close to 100 lbs I could lose but honestly, its just time to feel better and to be at a healthy weight. My first goal is to lose 10% of my starting weight. Then I'll do another goal... I have to keep it small or it's overwhelming! I'm still nursing my son, so I have to be careful not to eat too little but I'm ready. This has to happen!! :)

    Hi from one momma to another! My son is just about to turn 14mo. I gained over 70lbs with my first at 28 and lost it all plus an extra 10. Now that I am 39 the pregnancy weight has been harder to take off. I did Weight Watchers for a while, Adkins, and now I am counting calories. I am down 20 from what I gained, but I have at least another 10-15 to go. I'm doing Couch to 5K and a 5 minute arm workout coupled with a 5 minute ab workout I downloaded on my iphone. I actually am enjoying it!
