I paint and have added one of my latest to profile. Since I have been very depressed over my life and weight, I stopped painting although I am proud of what I do. I have lost weight this week and haven't gotten myself to paint or exercise yet! I am thinking about it. I haven't painted for five months...I appriciate all the inspired comments. I am beginning to feel alive again:heart:

What i see looks amazing...very peaceful
You have a wonderful theraputic alley there you know...perhaps you should pain when you are feeling down. I don't know much about the suppies and costs, but if you don't like the painting that comes from your deppessive states, maybe just do them on paper with crayons

I write. Nothing i would want to try and publish, but, it helps me alot. Whether i am in a good mood, or bad, something comes out of me, and lightens my load.
I did a really interesting article on how Fairy Tales are evil, lol...i had just found out my significant other didn't think i was so significant. I loved it, i still read it and laugh.

Use what you have, and can do, to pull yourself up. That includes this place.
Deffinatly paint...if it gives you "life" then paint, paint lots.

    Agitch -

I hope this finds you with better spirits....Boy, does exercise lift your mood. I have suffered from depression in the past, and I feel better now than I ever have.

My creative outlet is beadwork. It also has the added benefit of keeping my mind and hands busy which keeps me from snacking. Definitely keep painting. Your soul needs it. And the world needs it. Your sample is beautiful!
