    Welcome.
I know you'll find this site awesome. It can really help with the nutrition aspect of P90.
Also there are a lot of people on here that have great ideas and help keep everyone motivated.
A lot are Beachbody coaches, like myself, that are available for specific answers for some of the things that happen in the programs from Beachbody, with no cost.
If you need any help, or just need accountablility to keep working out, give me a shout.

Okay, so I do have a question for you... I have had thoughts of getting the insanity program. I do everything under the sun right now. Currently doing 30 day shred. I know Insanity is a bit insane and I know P90X is not for me, just yet, at my level of fitness but, I am curious about Insanity. Any words for a beginner on a more intense program? Thanks,

I wouldn't suggest Insanity for any beginner, it is quite intense.
There are a number of programs that would work though.
10 minute Trainer, Turbo Jam and Power 90 are some that you can grow into. Even P90X is ok if you modify the workouts(which you can and Tony preaches it and shows you how to modify).
You can preview the workouts if you want- http://beachbodycoach.com/esuite/home/jimmalone/products

    what is the P90 program?

Power 90 is the pre-cursor to P90X. Both are a "workout at home" series of dvd's that combine cardio, flexibility and some strength training to help you shed fat, tone and build your fitness level.
Both have the ability to design it to your current level and progress from there.
