Sometimes it's hard to realize how far you've come when you see yourself everyday... For me, my success came when I stopped trying so hard, ironically. I stopped focusing on every single thing I ate and just started eating better and working out as much as possible. I'm down about 54 pounds since the end of December. I still want to lose about 40-50 more pounds.

    You look awesome.... I'm happy for you that you found that sweet spot of not stressing about what you eat any more, AND losing weight. I couldn't believe that I can actually eat more and lose weight - I love this new life and want to keep at it forever. But, still have quite an uphill battle ahead of me. Thanks for posting your pics, they are a great inspiration!
