Is it just me?

I have what some people may call a good problem. After I exercise, I am not hungry. I could go all day after a morning run and not eat a bite. I know that isn't good, so I make myself eat. Was just wondering if this happens to anyone else, or is it just me?

myjourney2, I guess we all have to deal with what are bodies do and learn to adapt. Congratulations on your 7 pound loss. :flowerforyou:

Same here. The thought of eating makes me want to hurl. It's enough getting that protein shake down afterwards. You are not alone.

No I am the same way. I take a Boot Camp class and it is super HIT and then a run. Somedays after "emptying the tank" during a workout I am not hungry for about 4 hrs. I come home and drink my protein shake and am not hungry until lunch. This mostly happens with trail runs bc the soil feels so good under my feet I run faster on the trails than streets.

We usually do p90x around dinner time, so I have a tendency to be the same way. Don't want to eat before, and not hungry after either. But I'm recently learning that I need to be extra-conscious that I'm getting enough calories so I don't shut down my metabolism.

Depends. Short runs and some lifting sessions leave me feeling less than hungry. But I ran a 12k last weekend and after that I felt like I could eat a zoo.
