anyone in NE AL and using TotalGym?

I live alone and for all those who have and use the TotalGym equipment, you know it can be dangerous if you're not careful. Are there any here who has, had or wants to use TotalGym AND live in NE Alabama that we can workout together?

Other TotalGym users around the country, what routine would you recommend to someone who's 61 and over 100 lbs overweight? Thanks in advance.

    No I do not live in that area but it is good to know that someone in my age range is trying to lose weight. I am 63. Will be 64 Oct 29th.
